We are proud to offer international shipping to ensure your sanctuary gets the comforting centerpiece it deserves, no matter where you are in the world.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

  • You will receive a notification via email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Estimates

We ship from our international fulfillment centers to provide the most efficient service possible. Below are our estimated delivery times after the processing period:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can follow your package's journey directly through our website or the link provided in the email.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

AbrahamCrafts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay customs fees, the cost of shipping and any return fees will be deducted from the final refund.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

AbrahamCrafts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we deeply care about your experience:

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • For lost packages (status not updated for more than 20 days), contact us at heritatgehearth@hotmail.com so we can assist you in the investigation.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout.
